What we collect and why
When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the subject you selected and what you wrote. We use it to reply and to prepare a response to your enquiry.
Lawful basis
Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Where an enquiry is not about engaging us, legitimate interests applies instead. We do not rely on consent to reply to you, because you asked us to.
Marketing
The enquiry form carries an unticked box letting you opt out of hearing from us about anything beyond your enquiry. You can opt out at any later point by replying to any message, and we will honour it permanently.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after NEEDS REAL VALUE months. Client records are kept for NEEDS REAL VALUE years to meet accounting obligations.
Who else sees it
NEEDS REAL VALUE. List every processor here, including the email and hosting providers and any AI provider that receives data, and state whether any of them transfer data outside the UK.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@aiengineeruk.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie is the session cookie required for the enquiry form's security token.
